For schools
Cents per pupil, per term
Schools aren't priced like workforces. You pay a few cents per pupil each term — and the bigger the roll, the lower the rate. Slide in your roll size below for a live price, per term or one-off lifetime.

FAQ
Questions worth asking
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- Your terminals keep recording — no one misses a clock-in over billing. The admin portal locks until you subscribe, but nothing is deleted and no attendance is lost: the moment you pay, every day recorded in between is there. After 30 more days the account goes dormant and the terminals stop too, and even then a complete export of your data is always available. Your data is yours.
- What if we go over our employee limit?
- Nothing breaks. Everyone already enrolled keeps clocking in — we will never stop a time clock at 06:00 over a billing threshold. You just cannot add new employees until you move up a tier, and the portal tells you well before you get there.
- How do we pay?
- Through PesePay — EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, ZIPIT, or Visa and Mastercard. Annual and lifetime plans mean one payment to approve instead of twelve, which is why most customers choose them.
- Is the lifetime plan really forever?
- Yes — one payment, all future updates, no renewal. The employee limit still applies, so if a lifetime Starter licence grows past 25 people you pay the difference to the next lifetime tier. No recurring charge ever appears.
- Do we pay per tablet?
- No. Tablets are unlimited on every plan. Charging per terminal would punish you for putting one at each gate, which is exactly the setup that makes attendance data worth having.
- How are schools priced?
- Differently from workforces — per pupil, per term, at a few cents each, and the rate drops as the roll grows. See the schools table above. Every figure is negotiable, so talk to us for your exact number.
- Do we need special hardware?
- No. Any reasonably modern Android tablet or iPad with a front camera. Face recognition runs on the device itself, so you do not need a fast connection at reception — or any connection at all while people clock in.
